Marketing Strategies

Usage of delivery of food to the doorstep using packages with extra healthy guidelines.
Increasing the usage of Online ordering and mobile app.

Increasing the no of delivery bikes owned by the restaurant to 25
Advertising on the Mobile app of the restaurant
Providing discounts for repeat buyers on ordering from the mobile app and taking the door step delivery

Drawbacks

Spending a large capital on the deliver bikes at one time is a cost to the company and the Breakeven need to be calculated
Promoting mobile app of the restaurant among people takes time
Adhering to safety guidelines for packing need to be trained for the staff

Monitoring of the Marketing Plan

The monthly sales figures need to be calculated and checked for achieving the financial results
Usage of Mobile app for online ordering must be checked
Repeat buyers need to be captured
